How Dog Fences Work
Alabama Dog Fence will install your fence usually in some variation of the designs below.
We will also help you get started with the training, which on average can be completed in 7-14 days.
Your dog will be running more, playing more and enjoying additional exercise in a few short weeks!
The Standard Pet Fence Layouts
The "perimeter loop" is the most common installation. It encloses the entire yard, not only giving your pet free reign to play, but also ensuring your pet is safe from any unexpected escapes. In the interest of being neighbor friendly, we recommend you install your fence at least 10' from sidewalks.
The "hour glass layout" allows your pet to play and be protected in either the front or back yards only, as the side yards are blocked.
The "double loop" layout involves the installment of two wires in either your front or back yard.
Since only one side of the house is protected, there's a chance you pet may escape from the other side. This layout is generally used only when landscape conditions prevent the installation of a full perimeter.
Indoor Solutions
Keep your pet away from certain areas of your home with our indoor transmitters. The Indoor Transmitters features the same extremely customizable settings and features as the outdoor transmitting,
and it has a special wireless option as well.
